CMC-NH₄ is a specialized binder for SCR denitrification carriers in honeycomb ceramics. The product is free of alkali metal ions, effectively preventing poisoning of catalyst active sites. It possesses excellent adhesion and plasticity, improving the rheological properties of the clay, enhancing green body strength, and reducing the risk of cracking during molding and drying. It decomposes completely under high-temperature calcination, with low ignition residue, and will not clog the microporous structure of the carrier, ensuring stable denitrification catalytic performance. It is suitable for large-scale production of cordierite honeycomb ceramics.
