Ammonium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC-NH4) is a non-ionic cellulose derived from natural polymer material-cellulose through specialized chemical processing. This white powder is odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic, dissolving in cold water to form a transparent, viscous solution.
