CMC for Meat and Seafood Applications
Construction-grade sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) possesses excellent water retention, thickening, and binding properties, effectively preventing mortar and putty from drying too quickly, cracking, and blistering, and improving construction smoothness and workability. The product is uniformly dispersed and highly stable, reducing segregation and sedimentation of the slurry, enhancing adhesion and anti-sagging properties. It is widely applicable to building materials such as putty powder, tile adhesive, and plastering mortar, significantly improving construction efficiency and project quality.
