CMC for Meat and Seafood Applications
Construction-grade sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) possesses excellent water retention, thickening, and binding properties, effectively preventing mortar and putty from drying too quickly, cracking, and blistering, and improving construction smoothness and workability.
