Meanwhile, CMC-NH4 (Ammonium Carboxymethyl Cellulose) features ultra-low carbon residue, completely decomposes after high-temperature sintering with no ash left, thoroughly eliminating black core, black spots and other defects. This makes honeycomb ceramic carriers transparent and clean, perfectly suitable for high-end applications such as automotive exhaust catalysis, SCR denitration and industrial filtration.
CMC-NH4 (Ammonium Carboxymethyl Cellulose) can also precisely control slurry rheology, improve extrusion smoothness, prolong the operable time of green bodies, and significantly boost production efficiency and yield.
