CMC‑NH₄ (Ammonium Carboxymethyl Cellulose) is a high-performance forming additive specially designed for SCR denitrification honeycomb ceramic carriers. It features excellent bonding and water retention, greatly improving green body strength, ensuring uniform channels and smooth extrusion, and effectively reducing cracking, deformation and die clogging.
With complete thermal decomposition, ultra-low carbon residue and near-zero ash content, CMC‑NH₄ does not block pores or affect catalyst activity and denitrification efficiency. High purity, low impurities and free of interfering metal ions ensure stable catalytic performance and long service life, making it an ideal additive for manufacturing SCR catalyst carriers in power plants, industrial furnaces and engine exhaust treatment systems.
