Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC) for food additive grade is a non-ionic semi-synthetic cellulose , chemically modified from natural cellulose. It integrates multiple functions including thickening, emulsification, film-forming, moisture retention, bonding and suspension, serving as a versatile and widely applied food additive in the food industry.
